b. Items Not in Stock: For items or blanks not currently in stock, they will be ordered with our next restocking order. This process can take 1-5 business days. Once received, your order will take priority and be processed immediately.

c. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options. Standard shipping times apply once the order is processed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

2. Returns

a. Defective or Incorrect Items: We take pride in delivering high-quality products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

b. Non-Customized Items: For non-customized items, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the order. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

c. Personalized or Customized Items: We do not accept refunds on personalized or customized items. If you encounter an issue with your customized product, please contact us for exchange or return authorization.

d. Sales or Clearance Items: Sales or clearance items are non-returnable. Please consider this before making a purchase.

3. Refunds

a. Full Product Price Refund: Refunds for non-customized items will be processed for the full product price minus shipping and handling fees.

b. Non-Customized Items: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-customized items.

c. Personalized or Customized Items: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for personalized or customized items.

d. Bulk Orders: For bulk orders, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

5. Exchange Process

b. Replacement: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item.
